1996Graduated as M.Sc. in Econometrics (specialization in Operations Research) at the University of Groningen, The Netherlands. Master's thesis titled "The symmetric traveling salesman problem, removing the influence of constant matrices on heuristic performances", supervisors prof. dr. G. Sierksma, and dr. E.S. van der Poort.

2010  Grant from Dinalog (a government-funded research institute) in 2010 for the project "Cross-chain order fulfilment coordination for internet sales".
